Terms of Service

Last updated:

These terms apply to the Void RP website, the Void FiveM game server, our Discord community and our store (together, "Void"). Void is run by [BUSINESS NAME] (Business ID [Y-TUNNUS], [STREET ADDRESS, POSTCODE CITY], Finland), "we" in these terms. By using Void you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Void.

1. Who can use Void

  • You must be at least 16 years old to play on the server or create a website account.
  • If you're under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission to buy anything in the store.
  • You need a legitimate copy of Grand Theft Auto V, a Cfx.re (FiveM) account and a Discord account. Their own terms apply to you too.

2. Your account

  • You sign in to the website with Discord, and you can link your Cfx.re account to it.
  • Keep your Discord and Cfx.re accounts secure. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
  • One person, one account. Don't share, sell or trade accounts, characters or in-game items for real money outside our store.

3. Server conduct

Everyone on Void follows the server rules. In short: stay in character, value your life, don't use outside information in roleplay and respect other players. The rules are part of these terms.

You must not:

  • use cheats, mods, macros or exploits, or abuse bugs (report them instead);
  • harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone, in game or out of it;
  • try to get into accounts, systems or data that aren't yours, or disrupt the server or the website;
  • advertise other servers or services without permission.

4. Warnings, bans and termination

  • Staff may warn, kick, temporarily ban or permanently ban players who break these terms or the rules. How serious the action is depends on how serious the rule break is.
  • You can appeal a ban once through our Discord. Staff's decision on the appeal is final.
  • You can stop using Void and delete your website account at any time from your profile.
  • We may close Void or parts of it. If we close the store or the server for good, we'll announce it on Discord in advance where we reasonably can.

5. Purchases

Store purchases are sold by Tebex, our merchant of record, under Tebex's checkout terms. Our Store & refunds policy explains delivery, refunds and chargebacks. Items you buy are a licence to use them on Void. They have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money.

6. Intellectual property

  • The Void name, logo, website design and our own scripts and content belong to us. You may share screenshots and videos of Void, but don't copy our code or present our work as yours.
  • Grand Theft Auto V and its content belong to Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive. FiveM belongs to Cfx.re. Void is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Cfx.re.
  • If you send us content (screenshots, suggestions, art), you allow us to show it on Void and our channels, with credit where we can.

7. Liability

  • Void is a hobby community provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running, but we don't promise it will always be available, error-free or that in-game progress or items will never be lost or reset.
  • We're not liable for indirect losses. Our total liability to you is limited to what you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we'll announce it on Discord at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you keep using Void after that, the new terms apply.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. Please contact us first so we can try to sort things out. Consumers in Finland can also take a dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta, kuluttajariita.fi). Disputes go to the district court of the place where we're based, unless mandatory law gives you the right to use your own local court.
